This very cool Mission Beach condo is located on the ocean side of Mission Blvd. on Redondo Ct. which is about halfway between Belmont Park's historic roller coaster and the famous Crystal Pier. This is the perfect location to enjoy all the fun!
The Boardwalk and the beach on the Pacific Ocean is a 1 minute walk from the building entrance. Prefer to play at the beautiful and serene Mission Bay? Just walk a block east along the sidewalk! There are tons of restaurants, bars, local shops & stores within a two block radius of the condo. You'll LOVE this location!!
THE BUILDING (1 minute walk to the ocean)
The 21 condos in this section of "Top of the Beach" are on the top three floors of a 5 story secure building. The first 2 levels are gated garage parking. This condo faces south so it's bright and sunny with rooftop views of surrounding beach homes. It is not oceanfront but it's only a 1 minute to the ocean!! Great location and affordable!!
STEP INSIDE THE CONDO
The condo is about 550 sq. feet and has been newly refurbished so it's exceptionally clean and designer decorated. Looks like a model home!! We just installed new carpet!!
The picture at the top of this page shows the leather sofa sleeper. We just bought a new sofa sleeper mattress that is the same mattress that Hyatt uses in their hotels so it's a pretty comfy sofa sleeper!! Open the front door and feel the ocean breeze! No A/C needed this close to the ocean! You can dine inside at the table for 4 or outside on the patio. The entertainment center has a new 32" LCD TV, DVD player, CD player & radio plus an iPod dock! Bring your favorite movies or watch a few classics that we keep at the condo or rent them at several spots close by. Just in case you get tired of all that sunshine at the beach, there are books and plenty of games. Secure WiFi and wired internet plus nationwide long distance phone is free!
HUGE BALCONY PATIO
The condo has a huge balcony patio which is almost 120 square feet!! There's a gas BBQ and a table and 4 chairs with an umbrella - perfect for enjoying early morning coffee and outdoor dining. By the way, here in San Diego we can BBQ outside and enjoy outside living almost every day of the year. And, we hardly have any bugs! I guess they just couldn't make it this far west! In the summer, you can see the Sea World fireworks from the balcony every night!! Very fun.
Please note: This building is totally non-smoking! No smoking inside or outside on the balcony.
FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN
The kitchen is super clean with a full size fridge, stove, microwave and dishwasher so you don't have to wash dishes on vacation! You'll also find a blender, toaster, coffeemaker, coffee grinder, plenty of dishes, glasses, silverware, utensils, pots and pans. There are spices, coffee, tea, kitchen towels, pot holders, place mats, paper towels, trash bags and paper towels. Just bring your food and drinks!!
SUPER COMFY QUEEN BEDROOM
Check out the picture of the super comfy queen bed with a Temperpedic mattress topper and quality linens. You'll also find lots of pillows!! New plantation shutters on the bedroom window provides light and privacy. Open the window and feel the ocean breeze. At night, when everything is super quiet, you can hear the crashing waves! Yes, you're that close to the ocean!
BATH
The bathroom has a vanity with lots of drawers to store your stuff. There's a tub and shower with a great showerhead, plenty of towels and a built-in hairdryer. Look inside the shower for the very cool shower dispenser with shampoo, conditioner, body wash & body lotion.

We've tried to think of everything you would need to have a carefree, fun filled time at the beach. No kidding. Check out all that is included!! To make your beach time even more fun, we include beach towels, beach chairs, cooler, boogie board and a beach umbrella. You even have 2 very cool beach cruiser bikes!! For your convenience, there are coin-op washers and dryers in the building.
PARKING
The bottom two levels of "Top of the Beach" are reserved garage parking. That's a VERY important benefit!! Parking is scarce at the beach and it's nice to know you have your very own numbered parking space!! An elevator operates between the garage and condo levels. Reserved parking is for one car.
NOTE: Trucks, campers, RVs, trailers or boats cannot be parked in the garage. Also, cars and SUV's over 6'8" high cannot be accommodated in the secure garage. We don't recommend you bring more than one car because you could have trouble finding parking on the street.
RATES
Rates are for up to 4 guests! Now, that's a deal!

Fall and Winter and Spring (Sept. 6 - May 25): $145 per night with every 7th night FREE! 3 night minimum.
Weekend rate is $155 per night $870 per week $2400 per month
Holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Easter) $165/night 4 night minimum
Memorial Day Weekend: $165/night. 3 night minimum
June: $165/night. 4 night minimum
July & August: $1400 a week. Saturday to Saturday (includes departure cleaning)
July 4th week - July 2 - 9: $1500 a week (includes departure cleaning)
This condo accommodates up to 4 guests including all kids
10.5% city rental tax and $70 for departure cleaning are additional. Departure cleaning included on weekly summer
rentals.
