CONDO LOCATION AT SUGAR BEACH RESORT
This designer decorated, upgraded condo is on the ground floor in the Plantation Building. For those of you who have stayed at Sugar Beach in the past, the Plantation Building is on your left as you face the water. The ground floor location is popular because it provides easy access to the beach, pool & jacuzzi without having to wait for elevators or climb stairs. The condo is located in the small wing that goes back from the water and not near any pool or elevator noises.
From the patio, you'll see manicured gardens, a putting green, the waterfall, pool and the ocean. Because Sugar Beach Resort is a smaller property, you can actually see the water and the sunsets from your private patio - less than 50 steps to the sand!! This condo is not oceanfront which is why it is affordable. The oceanfront condos will be twice the $$. Remember - you're less than 50 steps (1 minute walk) to the sand!!
DESIGNER DECORATED AND UPGRADED
The condo is designer decorated with aqua green accent walls and crisp white trim plus a mirrored wall. Nice! New ceramic floor tiles were just installed throughout the condo and the patio!! Plus, the sofa sleeper is brand new!! The dining chairs are upholstered in a rich Hawaiian flowered tapestry fabric. Very nice!! The NEW entertainment center has a HUGE LCD HDTV WITH cable and Blue-Ray!

High speed internet is FREE as well as FREE calls anywhere in the US!! Hey - bring your iPod!! We also have an iPod dock!!
SUPER COMFY KING BED!!
The Master Suite has a KING bed with a super comfy mattress and quality sheets. Here's what one guest wrote about their stay: "We've stayed at Sugar Beach many times and this was the best ground floor condo that we have ever stay in. The king bed was so comfortable that I am going to buy one of those when I get home. Another terrific week in Maui. Can't wait to come back!" S & D, Colorado
We installed plantation shutters on the bedroom window to allow light and privacy. There is a 2nd TV in the bedroom, a closet with mirrored doors and a new ceiling fan. The adjoining bathroom has a large shower and a NEW mirrored vanity area. There are plenty of towels plus beach towels.
UPGRADED KITCHEN!!
The kitchen has been upgraded - all new cabinets with sliding shelves, new countertops and new appliances. (When you are comparing condos, an upgraded kitchen is a MUST! You really don't want to spend your vacation in a condo that has original 70's cabinets and appliances! YIKES!)
In the UPGRADED kitchen, you'll find everything you need to make a quick breakfast or cook a fancy dinner or just blend a mai tai. There's a new full size refrigerator, smooth-top stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, blender, toaster and coffeemaker. There are plenty of very nice dishes, glasses, pots, pans and utensils. Look over the stove for spices and seasonings. Paper towels and dish soap are included.
PRIVATE WASHER & DRYER!!
Not that you want to wash on vacation, but just in case, you'll have your own washer and dryer inside the condo.
NEW AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM!!
You'll appreciate the NEW central air-conditioning that cools every room. (You want central air, not room air-conditioners!!) In addition, there are ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom for those who prefer fresh circulated air to A/C.

POOL & HUGE JACUZZI!!
The oceanfront pool is a popular spot - especially the huge jacuzzi! Watch the sun set on another beautiful Maui day as you soak in the jacuzzi. The pool deck area was enlarged and the old decking was replaced with beautiful quartzite flagstone. There are plenty of lounge chairs and there's a shady area for those who don't need any more sun. The pool is heated - perfect for an early morning or late night swim.
Between the pool and the beach is a large grassy area with huge palm trees which is perfect for sun lounging, reading or watching family members play in the sand and ocean.
OCEANFRONT BBQs
More than just a place to cook steaks!! This is THE gathering spot at the end of each day - a fun place to enjoy a glass of wine, see old friends and meet new people from around the world!! Ask anyone who has stayed at Sugar Beach - BBQing is FUN at Sugar Beach!!

Most condos on Maui do not have these added conveniences! At Sugar Beach Resort, there is a General Store so you don't have to get in the car if you run out of milk. In the lobby, you can make reservations for activities.
You'll also enjoy Dina's Sand Witch - a cute restaurant/bar that is handy if you just don't feel like cooking or want to relax with a cold brew. Maui Massage is also located at Sugar Beach Resort. Treat yourself to a facial or a massage. You deserve it!!
