WELCOME TO BAYSIDE HIDEAWAY

This very cool, very family friendly and very romantic condo is upgraded and designer decorated. Bayside Hideaway is the top floor corner condo so you get a water view plus lots of light and an ocean breeze from the side windows and no one is above you!!

DESIGNER DECORATED!!

The sign on the front door welcomes you to the beach! Use the coded front door lock and step inside to see this modern, beautifully decorated condo with gleaming hardwood floors, granite countertops and a new kitchen with a dishwasher! Yeah! (Lots of beach condos do not have dishwashers! Do you really want to wash dishes on vacation??) We added plantation shutters on all the windows for maximum light and privacy. Because Bayside Hideaway has a view of Mission Beach's Sail Bay, it's all designer decorated around a sailing theme with red and blue nautical paint scheme! Ahoy Mate! Check out the pictures!

LCD TV and iPod Dock

The mirrored wall reflects Mission Bay from inside the condo! The NEW queen sofa sleeper will sleep 2 and there's also a "Crash Pad" which is a perfect bed for a small child. You'll enjoy dining with a view on the glass dining table. Check out the entertainment center with a very cool LCD TV, DVD player & CD/radio. Hey - bring your iPod! We even have an iPod dock!! ! You're welcome to watch our classic DVD's and just in case you get tired of all that sunshine at the beach, there are books and games. You'll also find a whole box of tourist brochures and info on what to do on your vacation in San Diego plus restaurant recommendations - many within an easy walk or bike ride.

Enjoy your morning coffee on the sunny front entrance deck or grab a beach chair (included) and gel out on the sand - 1 minute from the condo. A funky charcoal BBQ is located at the bottom of the stairs and you'll find BBQ equipment in the kitchen.

GRANITE KITCHEN (with dishwasher!!)

Yep - granite countertops and a fully equipped kitchen with a full-size refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, very cool coffee maker, plenty of dishes, glasses, silverware, utensils, pots and pans. You'll even find paper towels, spices, kitchen towels, pot holders plus margarita, martini and wine glasses! Just bring your food and drinks!!

SUPER COMFY QUEEN BEDROOM

At the end of a busy beach and sightseeing day, you will definitely appreciate the super comfy queen bed with a Temperpedic mattress topper and quality linens & comforter. The bedroom is a separate room from the living room with a door between the two rooms for privacy. There's plenty of room for your stuff in the mirrored closet and in the tall cabinets on either side of the bed. You'll appreciate the cool ocean breeze through the shuttered bedroom window.

SPARKLING TRAVERTINE BATH

Sparkling clean with travertine tile, there's a tub and shower with a really good shower head (not much better than a good shower - well, almost nothing). And, we found a curved shower curtain rod and a hookless shower curtain - just like in the upscale hotels! You'll find plenty of towels and a built-in hairdryer (so you don't have to bring one!!) Don't pack your shampoo, conditioner, lotion or shower gel either! There's a very cool dispenser inside the shower!

Don't you just hate it when you check into a vacation rental and have to go to the store to get the basics like paper towels, coffee filters, trash bags, coffee, tea, salt & pepper?

Not in this condo!! We've tried to think of everything you would need to have a carefree, fun-filled time at the beach without having to pack a bunch of stuff or go to the store right away. No kidding. Check out all that is included!!

The 2 beach bikes are very cool!! Even if you haven't ridden a bike in years, give it a go. The bayside and oceanfront sidewalks are perfectly flat and very fun for bike riding!!

You'll also appreciate the secure WiFi, an iPod dock and, we just added FREE long distance nationwide phone service.

Headed to the beach? Grab the beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys, cooler, boogie boards and beach umbrealls. All included!!

RESERVED PARKING!!

Bayside Hideaway includes one numbered, reserved parking space. That's a VERY important benefit!! Parking is scarce at the beach and it's nice to know you have a reserved, numbered parking space!! On the 4th of July, you could rent it for at least $100!!

WHAT'S NEARBY?

Location! Location! Location! From Bayside Hideaway, it's less than a 1 minute walk to the sand at beautiful Sail Bay at the north end of Mission Bay. Head the other direction along the Redondo Ct. sidewalk and you'll run into the Pacific Ocean - an easy 4 minute walk!!

You can walk or ride the beach bikes to markets, restaurants, bars, local shops, Belmont Park 's historic roller coaster & the Wavehouse (check out the pictures) This is the perfect location in Mission Beach!! You actually don't even need a car!! There's a bus stop 100 feet from the condo that can take you north to La Jolla or south to Old Town. The Old Town transit station is where you can catch the red trolley to the Gaslamp downtown, Seaport Village, Petco Park and points beyond.

Rates are for up to 4 guests! Now, that's a deal!

Just think of the cost for one or two hotel rooms near the beach!!

Fall & Winter & Spring (Sept. 9 - May 25): $145 per night with every 7th night FREE! 3 night minimum. $870 per week $2800 per month

Holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Easter): $165/night 4 night minimum

Memorial Day & Labor Day Weekends: $185/night. 3 night minimum

June: $165/night. 4 night minimum

July & August: $1400 a week for up to 4 guests. Saturday to Saturday (includes departure cleaning)

July 4th week - July 2 - 9: $1500 a week (includes departure cleaning)

This beach condo accommodates up to 4 guests including all kids!!

10.5% city rental tax and $70 for departure cleaning are additional.
Departure cleaning included on weekly summer rentals.

$300 security deposit paid by check or guaranteed by credit card.

No tax on monthly rentals.
